We are seeking passionate fitness and health enthusiasts that are service-oriented, positive and hard-working. We are a growing boutique studio looking for organized, efficient, forward-thinking problem solvers with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Through a positive, motivating and constructive style, the Happiness Advisor will ensure that the studio is consistently exceeding the expectations of our riders and colleagues. The Happiness Advisor will have a sense of ownership over their studio and will ensure that the CYCLED! brand and culture are always present.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients
Assist the Studio Management in daily studio tasks and projects
Work closely with the Studio Management on the implementation of standard operational policies and
procedures designed to accommodate rapid growth objectives
Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
Provide support to the instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process
Work as a cohesive team with all staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
Assist with the training and coaching of new hires for the front desk staff team
Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
Supervise retail operations
Maintain the distinct CYCLED! aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture
Provide support for meeting weekly and monthly sales goals
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have customer service experience
Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN
Description
CYCLED! is looking for business development interns to focus on finding ways to expand products and services by generating leads, marketing, and evaluating partnerships. This is a great opportunity to learn how to grow a business.
This development internship requires skills in strategic analysis, marketing, and sales. CYCLED! is looking for a well-rounded, forward thinking individual who can evaluate the business’ strengths and opportunities for improvement. The intern will have the unique opportunity to help shape the marketing strategy of new programs and campaigns, as well as exposure to high-level responsibility by taking ownership of sponsorship, outreach and development.
Responsibilities
Assess competitor market and create marketing strategy to reach sales goals
Create engagement program to strengthen relationships between existing and future customers
Establish partnerships with corporations and develop business packages
Requirements
A background in business, with some experience in strategic development
Ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative on specific projects
Excellent research skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Coursework reflecting interest in and knowledge of the environmental, social, and economic dimensions of sustainability

BUSINESS ANALYST INTERN
Description
CYCLED! is looking for a critical thinker who has a knack for problem solving. This analytics intern will assess the company's portfolio and the competitive landscape of the market.
They will have access to the business insights and be in the position to contribute to the growth of the company.
CYCLED! is looking for a well-rounded, forward thinking individual who can handle a variety of project planning and coordination and information system analysis tasks across multiple platforms. The intern will have the unique opportunity to gain high-level responsibility and assist the team in monitoring project processes and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
Perform research tasks and gather data pertaining to industry, company and customer trends
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover competition and industry information
Provide support to the business analysis team in preparing business plans and strategies
Develop detailed reports on market research initiatives and provide ideas on how this research fits into current projects
Requirements
A background in research and analysis, some experience is ideal

STUDIO MANAGER

Through a positive, motivating and constructive style, the Studio Manager will provide the leadership and vision necessary to ensure that the studio is consistently exceeding the expectations of our riders. The Studio Manager will have a sense of ownership over their studio and will ensure that the CYCLED! brand and culture are always present.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to CYCLED! Customers, handling client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner.
Work closely with the Owner on the implementation of standard operational policies and procedures designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our studio.
Train, motivate, direct, coach and evaluate all studio staff, creating and maintaining a team that is highly personable, client-oriented and committed to achieving and exceeding both the studio goals.
Supervise the studio's retail operations
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2-3 years prior operating experience in retail hospitality, health & fitness, and/or restaurants
Degree from an accredited, four-year college or university
Leadership experience in a service-oriented environment
Excellent customer service skills
Superior interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, customers, and senior management
Personal passion for fitness and health

CYCLED! BARRE or Pilates INSTRUCTOR - PART TIME
CYCLED! is introducing a new barre class to the studio, and is looking for a few world-class instructors to deliver an amazing client barre experience. Our instructors enjoy connecting with people and building strong, authentic relationships with clients that walk into our studio. Barre instructors must possess the proper technique and form, as well as be able to count music, learn choreography and assist new clients in learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in up to 16 hours of training, as needed
Participate in CYCLED! classes 3-5 times each week for up to 3 weeks
Teach a minimum of 2 classes each week
Participate in quarterly staff engagements
REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive experience as a barre student (required)
25 + hours of teaching experience (preferred)
Ability to inspire others
Ability to teach, count on beat, and distinguish how music is most effectively used to engage customers
Superior interpersonal skills
Personal passion for fitness and health
Positive attitude
Open to receiving feedback and acting on feedback received
Available to work flexible/non-traditional hours (including WEEKENDS and some holidays)

CYCLED! INSTRUCTOR - PART TIME
CYCLED! classes engage riders in full body, rhythm-based fitness experiences. CYCLED! classes are designed to create a sense of community amongst riders while pushing them towards their athletic, fitness and health goals. CYCLED! instructors are essential to creating a fascinating and inspirational experience for our riders. As our boutique continues to grow, we are looking for inspiring leaders in the fitness industry that have the ability to teach engaging, motivating, and powerful rhythm-based classes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in 6 hours of CYCLED! training
For 3 weeks, we require you to ride in CYCLED! classes 3-5 times each week
After completing the training program, you will be required to teach a minimum of 2 classes each week
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to teach, count on beat, and distinguish how a rhythm ride is most effective in class
Ability to teach an infectious, intense rhythm ride
Ability to inspire riders
Superior interpersonal skills
Personal passion for fitness and health
Positive attitude
Open to receiving feedback and acting on feedback received
Available to work flexible/non-traditional hours (including WEEKENDS and some holidays)
